What is the cancellation policy for hotels?
- Cancellations made outside 45 days: No cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 30-44 days prior: Cost of the first night's stay.
- Cancellations made within 30 days: 100% of the total price

Are flight and visa fees refundable upon cancellation? Flight cancellations are applicable, and visa fees are non-refundable.
FAQ 6
What is the amendment policy? One amendment by the client after booking confirmation is free of charge. Subsequent amendments prior to travel will incur a fee of NZ$100 per change. No amendments are allowed by passengers while traveling; all must be authorized by the tour manager

What happens if I miss a service (no show)? In case of a no-show for any service, a 100% cancellation fee will be incurred, and no refund will be provided

Are refunds provided for unused services? No refund will be provided for any unused services. The supplier whose services were booked will make the final decision in unavoidable circumstances.

What if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather or natural calamities? The company will try its best to obtain refunds, but cannot be held responsible. Travel insurance is recommended to cover such incidents.

Can the tour dates be changed by the company? Confirmed tours may be pre-poned or postponed by the company in mutual agreement with Vyom Journeys due to circumstances beyond control (e.g., natural calamity, political disturbances, security problems). Guests/agents are bound to agree and cooperate with the company's decision
