By accessing or using the Website or any of our services, products, or content, you agree to this Refunds & Cancellation Policy and our Terms of Use Agreement and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Refunds & Cancellation Policy and our Terms of Use Agreement and Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Website or any of our services, products, or content.

1.We offer various services for senior citizens, such as homes and stays, travel and tourism, support systems, careers, upliftment, knowledge and spirituality services (“Services”). The specific terms and conditions for each Service are provided on the Website or in a separate agreement that you may enter into with us when you purchase or subscribe to a Service. You should read and understand the terms and conditions for each Service before you purchase or subscribe to it.
2. If you are not satisfied with a Service that you have purchased or subscribed to, you may request a refund or cancellation as per the given schedule, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions for that Service.
3. We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel or modify your reservation. However, we also have to ensure the availability of our rooms and services for other guests. Therefore, we have the following cancellation policy for senior citizens home:

Short Term Stays Refunds:
4. If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 100% refund.
5.If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 50% refund.
6.If you cancel your reservation more than 3 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 25% refund.
Medium Term Stays Refunds:
7. If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 100% refund.
8.If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 25% refund.
9.If you cancel your reservation more than 3 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a Nil refund.
Long Term Stays Refunds:
10. If you cancel your reservation more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 100% refund.
11.If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 25% refund.
12.If you cancel your reservation more than 3 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a Nil refund.
Scheduled Day of Booking:
13. If you fail to show up on your scheduled arrival date or leave early during your stay, you will be charged for the entire duration of your reservation.
14. In case of any emergency or unforeseen circumstances that prevent you from staying with us, such as medical issues, natural disasters, or travel disruptions, we will try to accommodate your request for a cancellation or modification of your reservation on a case-by-case basis. However, we reserve the right to deny any such request at our sole discretion.
15. To request a refund or cancellation, you must contact us by email at support@swabhiman.co.in or by phone at +91-9223466218 and provide your name, email address, phone number, order number, and a reason for your request.
16. We will process your request within 10 business days and notify you of the outcome by email or phone.
17. If your request is approved, we will issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method, depending on the terms and conditions for that Service.
18.If your request is denied, we will provide you with an explanation and an opportunity to appeal our decision.

Products
Wellness Products, Wellness Services, Elders Tech, Knowledge Sessions, Spiritual Sessions, Support Systems, Wellness Centers, accessories, gadgets, and other items (“Products”). The specific features and specifications for each Product are provided on the Website when you purchase a Product. You should read and understand the features and specifications for each Product before you purchase it.
19.If you are not satisfied with a Product that you have purchased, you may request a refund or cancellation within 7 days of your purchase date, unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions for that Product.
20. To request a refund or cancellation, you must contact us by email at support@swabhiman.co.in or by phone at +91-92223466218 and provide your name, email address, phone number, order number, and a reason for your request.
21. You must also return the Product to us in its original condition and packaging, along with the original receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the shipping costs and risks of returning the Product to us.
22. We will process your request within 10 business days and notify you of the outcome by email or phone. If your request is approved, we will issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method, depending on the terms and conditions for that Product.
